I had an amazing experience with Easy Transit! They are super professional and overall it was a great service. I booked them to pick me and my family up and it was so easy to book, I simply sent them a WhatsApp message less than 24 hours before I needed the transport and it was booked. Nice and simple. They were on time and dropped us off with no issues.

Great Airport Shuttle Service. Driver kept his time on both pickups(home & airport). Clean car ✅, Bags were packed for us in the car (that’s a plus for me) And the big one , was being checked on to confirm date and time for my next flight back home. Highly recommend Leonard for any transport requirements in Harare and tours around Zimbabwe, I have just come back from a 4 day trip and he looked after me the whole time, always on time, reasonably priced and knowledgable on the area. I contacted them the day before l was due to leave Harare & l spoke to Leonard who was very kind in his messaging & answered every question that l asked in a very kind & professional way. I decided to go ahead with the booking & everything went smoothly on the day. He arrived on time, they even had bottles of water for us which was very handy as it was a very hot day. The taxi used was really nice & it was very clean which was great.

A great experience from start to finish. I was able to book the taxi at a scheduled time approximately 1.5 hours prior to my trip. The taxi was on time and very clean and spacious. The gentleman who drove me, Leonard was very friendly and drove with caution which is essential on Zimbabwean roads. One other great thing for international traveler's is that this business accepts card payments at a one dollar surcharge. Complimentary water is included. Highly recommended!
